Our psychologists provide clients with psychotherapy, emphasizing development needs and respecting the uniqueness of each individual and family. We develop specialized treatment plans based on presenting issues, maturity, interests, and capabilities. A variety of evidence-based treatment modalities may be utilized: including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We believe in a holistic approach, and aim to keep parents and family members involved throughout the process, while balancing adolescent clients’ growing independence.
